### 5/5 — Perfect nudge to find time for reflection and integration

*2026-03-10*

This app has been a surprise favorite that stands out on my screen. It’s the only app that asks me to center, reflect and wonder about my inner world. It’s been a salve in a screen full of apps that bombard me with a fractured world of news, dopamine hits and work reminders. My screen needs this icon, staring at me, amongst the rubble, inviting me to my inner world through graceful integration.
