## What is Jinx?

Do you have hard time discovering new music? Jinx makes it fun and easy.

Latest update: Introducing all new shared playlists. Now discover new music and build playlists together with your friends and loved ones. Shared playlists work on all iPhones with iOS 15 and onwards and all iPads with iPadOS 15 and onwards.

1. It suggests new songs to you as you listen to your favourites.
2. It suggests new songs based on your existing playlists.
3. It suggests similar artists and their top tracks based on artists in your library.
4. Finally, it suggests curated playlists everyday, also based on songs you have listened to.
5. You can also fine tune the genre on your recommendations.

In Addition, Jinx supports are the features offered by Apple Music like lossless, Dolby Atmos, and spatial playback.

Jinx 2.0 updates: 

Decades Music: Do you prefer 90's Music? Jinx now can suggest songs from your favourite decades :)
Genres: Do you have preference for certain types of music, Jinx now supports recommendations based on your favourite genres.
Top Songs: Do you want to find out top songs from an artists you just discovered. Jinx now shows you top songs from artists in your library.
Similar Artists: Do you want to find out artists similar to the one you just listened to, Jinx lets you do that too.

Jinx works with your existing Apple Music subscription and your existing Apple music library. Jinx has Home Screen widgets to give your access to your playlist in the quickest way possible. You can add any number of your playlists on your home screen. Jinx will also suggest new playlists right on your home screen. Tap the playlist to begin playing.

It had no suggestions from any of my play lists. It’s a nice concept, but doesn’t work in practice

When I press restore purchase it says “Purchase found but not valid”

Wish I had the $20 instead.

**Developer response:** This comment is quite misleading. Subscription price is 1-2 dollars a month. It never went to 20 dollars. Also, if you want you can purchase it for one time fee. You get a reply within 24 hours if you drop me an email at pawankdixit@icloud.com

Downloaded the app when the subscription fee was $20, which has since increased. The dev doesn’t respond. I understand this is a relatively new app, but this just seems like money grabbing.

Everyone knows that Apple Music is shockingly awful at Music Discovery. Jinx fills that gap marvelously! I love the ecclectic mix of songs that I’m getting and that fact that I can easily save my favorites to a playlist of my choice.
