It works well enough from a charging perspective but without transactions it seems incomplete. The old app had all that in place but we are forced to move to this app for some reason. Until this app is feature complete please retain and reinstate the old app. ### 1/5 — Forced me to switch to charge pro *2026-08-14* Forced me to switch to Charge Pro even though their new product is clearly not ready to use. I'm not even able to log in to my account, which has a 10k balance 🤣. ### 1/5 — Pathetic *2026-08-13* Avoid using their chargers. These are bunch of thieves. App doesn’t work properly and you can’t deactivate your account if you don’t want to use the app anymore. Avoid at all costs. ### 1/5 — Copy of OLA 😁 *2026-08-03* The jio bp had issues on their first app. And they have very similar issues in the new PRO app, i wish i could say PRO issues, but no they have maintained the same issue. Now instead of rectifying the issues on the first app, they came up with a PRO app thinking new app, refurbished interface. But it's just the copy of OLA electric management. They never rectified the issues in their scooter and instead they started coming up with new businesses. ### 1/5 — The worst ev charging app *2026-08-01* I have tried charging the app. Just doesn’t load. It doesn’t refresh. It is absolutely slow and just gets timed out. ### 1/5 — Downgraded app. Trash app *2026-07-30* The previous app had a functionality to view charging gun status, on how much time is remaining to charge. It was easier to plan out, this has been removed. On electricity fluctuation, there is no option to resume the charging. Need to remove the gun and restart. App keeps loading sometimes due to their slow servers. In community chargers there should be an option to contact Vehicle owner. Could be done through masked calling. But there is absolutely no way to reach to the car owner. There should also be an option to add car idle charges in community chargers. The penalty should be given to the ev owner who is waiting for the car to be removed. ### 1/5 — Good UI, But Poor Functionality *2026-07-12* The app has potential, but in its current state it falls short of the previous version. EV users prioritize reliability over appearance, and the core charging experience needs significant improvement before this version can be recommended. Similar concerns about missing functionality and regressions have also appeared in recent public app reviews. ### 1/5 — Not able to login in any app *2026-07-02* Old app is forcing me to use new app and new app says I am not allowed to use it as I am new customer. How dumb you need to be to do that. Can’t maintain up time of a charging network?? ### 1/5 — Why Am I Forced to Keep Money in My Wallet? *2026-06-18* There was absolutely no indication in the app that I needed to maintain a minimum ₹50 balance in the wallet while recharging. I had added ₹250 to the wallet and selected a ₹250 charging amount, but the app simply showed an “Insufficient Balance” message without explaining why. This left me completely confused, and I ended up wasting nearly half an hour trying different things—force-closing the app, reconnecting the charger, and troubleshooting on my own. Eventually, I had to call customer support, and only then was I informed that I could charge for a maximum of ₹200 because ₹50 must always remain in the wallet balance. After the call, I tried adding another ₹50, only to discover that the app requires a minimum wallet top-up of ₹100. Why am I being forced to add more money than I actually need? This feels unnecessarily restrictive and frustrating. My bigger question is: why is a wallet mandatory in the first place? Why not allow direct payment methods like UPI, cards, or net banking at the time of charging? The entire experience feels inconvenient and designed to lock users into maintaining a wallet balance. Between the poor communication, confusing error messages, forced wallet top-ups, and expensive charging rates, the experience has been extremely disappointing. It was frustrating enough that I stopped using Jio chargers altogether. ### 1/5 — Old is gold *2026-06-16* Old app version was way better. Now I can’t see what is the ongoing charging session details. And many other things that were better in the old version.
