If I reserve a charger i should be able to use the charger for that particular time selected, but in this app if I reserve a slot, even i cannot use the charger, if even i cannot use the reserved slot what is the use of reservation. The reserve feature does not allow me to edit the date and time to reserve a charging point. It is waste to have a reservation feature if we can’t make pre-reservation. Saver packs - I don’t know what that feature is. But the section is always empty. There is nothing in it. While charging the vehicle, the information on how much energy is consumed, and time taken, doesn’t refresh very often.
