I was tried 2 times & both times app was closed automatically ### 1/5 — Not able to complete assessment process *2021-11-17* From last 3 days trying to complete assessment but app is getting time out after completing 1st question and after again logging in it is showing Previous session is still Active. Please take necessary action. Especially such career apps. We are here to apply for jobs not just for time pass. They scheduled a test and when I logged in I was unable to take the test. I am not discouraging you guys. But just work on the app and resolve the issue. Regardless other reviews I installed and I was greatly disappointed. ### 1/5 — App crashed, Test doesn’t load *2020-09-23, version 2.4* The test that was scheduled did not load after entering the OTP and then the screen froze and the app crashed. When I tried to enter the test screen, it says the old session is still active. This isn’t a way to operate an app when you are hiring people. ### 1/5 — Previous session is active! *2020-09-14* I just logged in and went to my scheduled interview. Once I accepted every prompts and went into the test. It was loading for a minute and suddenly came out of the app. When I tried again, it is showing that ‘ previous session is already active. Firstly, the number count displayed in circles on the dashboard appears cut off at the bottom, detracting from the overall visual presentation. Additionally, within the job description pages, the UI elements — particularly the scrollbar header — are not well-executed and appear unrefined. The experience further deteriorates upon clicking the "more" button, as the bottom tab that opens displays a close button and header that are not visually appealing or user-friendly. These UI issues collectively impact the app’s usability and leave users with a less-than-ideal experience. Improvements in these areas would significantly enhance user satisfaction and overall engagement with the app. ### 1/5 — App crashing *2024-07-28* I applied for a role in jio and received mail that the test has been scheduled but when I downloaded the app to give the interview as soon as I log in the app crashes I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling . Not on wifi. *2021-03-12* I tried hundred times in 2 days. But every time app would crash immediately after opening. I really wonder how a company with such a great strength, super mind employees and current number 1 in telecom sector can make such worst app. Anyways, after trial and error the solution I found is that if it has to work, it will work on mobile data only.
