I have tried installing /uninstalling the app couple of times but to no avail. Do you have solution or shall I delete the app for good? There is no option in here to attach the screenshot which I would really like to share with you. ### 2/5 — Wifi Management Issues *2025-06-20* The JIO Home and My JIO apps have persistent technical problems that make WiFi management impossible. Despite having multiple devices connected to my JIO Fibre network, the “Connected devices” section shows “No paired devices” and my router appears “Offline” in the app when it’s clearly working fine. This prevents me from accessing essential features like resetting WiFi passwords, viewing connected devices, or managing router settings. These WiFi management features were not visible since day 1 , making the apps practically useless for basic network administration. JIO needs to fix the synchronization between routers and mobile apps urgently. Until these core features work reliably, I cannot recommend these apps to other JIO Fibre users who need to manage their wifi. ### 3/5 — Remote flaw’s *2024-12-19* The application is good, but it has a few flaws. One is that the remote control does not have a voice command option, and the other is that there are connectivity issues with the remote, especially on iOS. It would be very easy if there’s a option to enable mobile keyboard in the app whenever you want to search anything instead of tapping on a single character every time from the remote. ### 3/5 — Decent but needs small improvements *2021-07-13* There are no alternative views (Such as list view, description etc.) available for viewing files which makes it difficult to find particular files. No engineer visit, no installation, and no updates from Jio. I called customer care today; they said they would raise a complaint but did not create a service request or give a ticket/ETA. This is paid service with zero delivery and zero accountability. Extremely disappointed — get your act together, Jio. Resolve immediately, share a ticket number, or issue a refund. ### 1/5 — offline problem *2026-02-02* what is the “IT”team doing in jio from june of 2025. what jio don’t have enough revenue to fix a small bug in the app. this is very frustrating and a disappointing situation and scenario i am facing and i have contacted the jio team like 3 times since then but till now no answer this was not the expectation that i was expecting from a big corporation like jio what is the use of wifi router when we can’t even manage it and customise and atleast once in a day one of my devices just disconnects from the router and i have to then manually reconnect the device so i request the jio team to find a solution as soon as possible and i don’t think i am the only one facing this problem in your clients i have seen many disappointed customers in the feedback and ig tagged to the jio account and till now it is not been solved ### 1/5 — App Stopped Working *2025-06-19* The app has stopped working since June 18, 2025 after recent update. I am on iOS 17.7.2. Whenever I open app after latest update, it gives error “Something went wrong. Please try again!”. I tried uninstalling and then installing afresh to see if issue gets fixed, no luck so far. Since I uninstalled app and installed afresh I am now stuck at login screen as every time I enter mobile number and OTP, it throws same error and doesn’t let me login now. ### 1/5 — Login again error! *2025-04-21* I installed Jio AirFiber just the day before yesterday, and I was excited to explore all the features. But unfortunately, the JioHome app is not working properly at all. It keeps showing the message “You have been logged out for security reasons” and forces me to log in again,and this happens repeatedly. I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, restarted my phone, checked for updates, and ensured stable internet—still the same issue continues. I’m using an iPhone 12 Pro with the latest iOS version. This app is essential to access the Jio AirFiber features, and it’s really frustrating that it’s not even opening properly. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. This is not the kind of experience I expected just after installation ### 1/5 — 😂😂😂 where is the common sense?? *2024-03-18* Recently I lost my jio tv box remote and I thought of downloading this app to connect to the box without using the physical remote. I downloaded the app and and went onto pairing via Bluetooth. The app searched the box and it relayed a message on the screen which asked the user’s input for pairing to the phone or not. But guess what? The only way to confirm the pairing request was through physical remote which I literally lost🤣 How do I proceed with that? What is this? What’s the point of installing this app for virtual remote if I still need the physical one. Ridiculous. ### 1/5 — Buggy app *2023-09-29* Since Jio locked it’s router to be used as FTP, it is required to have a decent app to access media files from usb/hdd drive connected to jio router. Jio needs to either give access to router for setting FTP as other routers can do or need to provide a working app. This app crashes if I try to access files or try to play videos from jio media server. Even if it works the player responds very slowly and may files simply don’t run. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever, designed purely by clowns. *2023-08-29* Keypad doesn’t work as intended, Bluetooth connectivity issues every single time you try to connect to tv, you have to forget and establish BT connection by forgetting and re adding, keypad is of no use at all, this is the most bugged app ive ever seen, please don’t download it, its of no use, just their marketing strategy to make more money by app downloads. If you think I’m wrong, try for yourself, and watch them never rectify any of the issues I’ve mentioned above. ### 1/5 — Nothing but the remote works *2022-12-05* The worst app I have ever used. It can never access my hard disks connected to the router or set top box. It was so bad that I had to come back and make sure that I write this review. This app doesn’t have a lot of bad reviews because internally it asks you to rate the experience, if ypu rate it well then it redirects you to the App Store to provide feedback, otherwise it just says thank you. So negative feedbacks are not recorded here. Such transparency! Wow! ### 1/5 — Poorly designed app *2022-01-14* I downloaded this app thinking that it will be able to airplay music and videos to my Jio Set top box. However after much fideling, I did not find any option to "add" my Jio Set top box. So the primary purpose of the app is defeated. And yes, I took the app tour, it did not show how to add the Jio Set top box. The music, documents and photos that the app auto discovered were from other apps and not useful, like ringtones and alert tones. There is no option to omit folders. Coming to media player ability, it failed to play an MKV file. And why would one want Jiohome app when one has quicktime and VLC? **Developer response:** Hello, we desire to build your experience better, please follow below steps to detect your Jio Set Top Box from JioHome, Launch JioPhotos application on your Set Top Box and Right click on any content(Video/Music/photos) on your JioHome app and you will find JioSetTopBox from the list and you can cast the content. ### 1/5 — No remote access nor router usb pendrive access *2021-09-22* Please donot go for jio fiber. In trial , remote access works from jio home app, and also the pen drive in router is accessible. As soon as trial gets over, both donot work. I complained many rimes, the helpline does not know anything , they interpret remote access of pendrive as remote control of STB.
