Mit der App kann man echt nichts Sinnvolles tun oder suchen…wenn man Glück hat, zeigt sie das an was man wollte.

Handliches, kleines Tool, um mal schnell ein paar. Tasks auf dem iPad durchzugehen oder eine Task mit einer_m Kollegen_in „auf dem Sofa“ durchzusprechen. – Was nicht tut: Nicht alle Vorgangsfilter können. verwendet werden. Enthält der Filter etwas wie „endOfDay(”+1d”)“, so wird der Begriff in Klammern nicht verstanden und der ganze Filter schlägt fehl. – Weiter wäre eine Sortierung und Gruppierung bspw. nach Datumsfeldern wünschenswert – oder die Verwendung von Startseiten der Webversion (dann vlt. nur im Querformat).

My company uses client certificates to authenticate the user, however when I enter the url of the Jira I get “ No valid client certificate found in the request. No valid certificates found in the user's certificate store. Please try again choosing a different authentication method.”,  

However when logging in from the browser it works fine, allowing me to chose the certificate. Please fix this

Impossible to even log in. It just spins and spins and then times out. I always have to go to the website. This app is completely useless

As with other useless product, Confluence App I silently observe the uselessness of this App which is obvious even when you try to edit a small piece of report for task or mini-project. 

The only thing which is working although I dont know how far it goes without crashing or bugs is commenting on tasks and projects which if useful for somebody then is a good thing.

* you should Update the List of compatible Jira versions. First it ran great on 8.5, then the app only showed a white screen, now with 8.20 it again works Fine
* you should enable the search for boards in general, not only by project. I work with a personal board which covers a huge number of projects and I‘m not able to pick it in the app. Very sad:(

Für das Anlegen eines Items und anschauen von Kanban Boards ok.

Was für mich aber fehlt um die App gut nutzen zu können:
- Progress Charts, wie zB Burndown
- mich nicht regelmäßig neu anmelden zu müssen
- Widgets um nicht immer die App öffnen zu müssen
- zeitgemäße UI

Das können andere mittlerweile viel besser.

after i enter my url i’m promoted to login, but then i’m just in a web frame. if i close that then i am not logged in.

Leider momentan nur zum schnellen Check von Tickets unterwegs geeignet, wichtige Features fehlen noch, zB:
- Attachments in Tickets
- Backlog-Ansicht
- Komponenten-Filter

Auf dem aktuellen Stand ist die App keine wirklich brauchbare Alternative zur Webversion.

These errors happen daily, and once they do, you have to reinstall to make them go away.  Unusable.

I used this app only when I am outside and have to check some status. I just couldn’t open connection to my corporate Jira server at all.

Beim ersten Einloggen in der App muss man leider zuerst ein Add-On für Safari installieren und zuerst einen 30-Tage free-trial für ein Abo abschließen, welches nach 30 Tagen kostenpflichtig wird. Jerdoch kann dieses nur der Administrator authorisieren. Wenn man nicht der Adminnistrator des Teams ist, ist die App somit nicht nuitzbar. Trotz vorhandenem Teamlink und Account bei Jira/Atlassian. Leider muss ich Jira weiter über Browser benutzen. Leider können keine 0 Sterne vergeben werden.

App is not useful at all! What’s the point of using it to get notifications on tickets if it keeps logging you out so you don’t get notified? What’s the point of enhanced phone security if you don’t make use of it and I have to re-type my credentials every time? Such a pain. I have to simplify my password and make my account less secure just so I can use this app.

Text fields like description and comments currently have a negative line height - multiple lines of text are displayed on top of each other, making the app completely unusable.  If only Atlassian had a bug tracking system to manage issues with their app….

This app doesn’t appear to do anything other than make me want to throw my phone out a window. Can’t search. Can’t find issues assigned to me or reported by me. An empty shell. Devs should either update or remove this if they aren’t going to support it.

Having used the mobile web version of Jira for a few years (while muttering under my breath), the discovery of this app was a delight. It’s clean, intuitive, fast, and although some of the actions and options available in the full web app are not available here, it’s perfect for doing a bit of work here and there on the go.

I think a lot of negative reviews are because they are thinking they are installing jira cloud. If you run your own jira instance this is the app for you, works great!
