## What is Jisanarashi?

Enter your destination and dates, and get a day-by-day plan to ease jet lag.

The one thing to do right now is shown big and first. No theory to read.

FEATURES
- Enter departure/arrival cities, dates, and your usual sleep times to build a full plan
- Preparation starts up to 3 days before departure, shifting your body clock gradually
- Each day shows a timeline: bright-light window, light to avoid, sleep, meals, caffeine cutoff, and nap window
- Flight-day guidance including when to sleep on the plane
- After arrival, remaining adjustment days follow local time
- Local notifications for light and sleep times (up to 6 per day, optional)
- Widget and Lock Screen display show what to do now
