Have to close app and try again. Been that way since the new interface update. ### 3/5 — New app looks good but still misses some key functionality *2025-06-28, version 10.2.1* Most of the key features needed to operate the helpdesk as a technician or admin are available. However, the app crashes when I attempt to add an image. I was so excited that we finally had a ticketing system that was mobile, seeing how most of us are mobile. Now it’s just a safari browser that fails authentication 9/10 times and asks for authentication every time you do ANYTHING. So annoying. There are no notifications, which for a help desk app, defeats the purpose. The page needs to be refreshed every time to see if there is a new ticket and if you close the app you need to sign back in every time which is a huge pain if you have 2factor enabled.
