I have been using with my clients plus and the jituzu scheduler schedules outside of provider hours, and there was never a follow up solution other than tell my patients not to schedule on the app. This is an unacceptable solution for service I pay for. ### 2/5 — Please Fix *2024-11-20* This app allows my clients to schedule outside of my office hours and it’s been over a month of talking to customer service and it’s still not resolved. I was told that I will be contacted when it works again and just to tell clients to use web. ### 1/5 — Program locks up *2024-06-20, version 4.5.3* All I get is a main screen with two triangles. But it worked one last month. Go figure. Of note: 2 years since last update. Hmmm. ### 1/5 — Somewhat frustrating app *2023-01-28, version 4.5.3* This app and service is selected and paid for by my employer. Each time I open the app, the sign in box moves farther down the screen until I am unable to type in the fields to log in. If I stay logged in and simply close the app, I get an error message when I reopen it. On iPhone 12 Pro Max I’m unable to turn on notifications, so I must log in frequently to check for new mail. Not able to open or see attachments in mobile. Unable to attach anything to a reply, must start a new thread. Not a good user experience at all. ### 1/5 — Can’t sign in anymore *2022-06-28, version 4.5.3* I’m guessing that after the new “improvements” the app signed me out. I always used face ID to login, but now it doesn’t do that, and trying to reset my password doesn’t work. It gives me error messages and makes it impossible to get back into the app. I guess I will delete and move onto something else. Before this I didn’t hate the app; it was simple to use but it is no use to me if I can’t sign in. ### 1/5 — Awful product *2022-03-01, version 4.5.2* I’ve had so many issues using jituzu with my dr. The problems are never ending. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, I’ve created more new accounts than I can keep track of and worked with customer support who are wonderful. The product is garbage. ### 1/5 — Would give 0 stars *2021-12-14, version 4.5.2* Doesn’t work ### 1/5 — Hardest app I’ve ever scheduled with *2021-07-21, version 4.0.1* I am continually getting treated like a provider when I am a client patient I mean and it is so frustrating all I want to do is be able to make appointments and it continually redirect me to the app that treats me as a provider. It keeps making me change my username and password to get into the client part of it and that’s confusing for me since I have memory issues and ADHD LOL. I’ve never used a harder app to schedule with. As a fellow business owner there is no way I would ever consider this app for my business ### 1/5 — Major bug *2021-05-21, version 4.0.1* Even though there is an option to enter a client payment, this app will not save an amount paid by a client on either the IPhone or IPad app. It will only save a payment on my laptop. ### 1/5 — Lots of glitches *2020-07-24, version 4.0.1* The app still has a ton of glitches that need resolved. Given the money paid for the program you would think the bugs would be fixed. The app constantly freezes and you often have to log in and out to switch providers. Patients find it frustrating and not user friendly which has been difficult given the move to telehealth due to COVID.
