Emailed the maker with no response. Please email us at info@jiujitsufiveo.com and we will help resolve this for you. ### 1/5 — Log in and app misalignment *2024-09-15* They have plans to charge you which is fine, however if you're going to charge $30 a month I shouldn’t have to sign in to the app every time I open it along with aligning the app for mobile instead of porting it from the PC. Don’t be lazy. Basic programming 101. **Developer response:** Hi - thanks for the message. We're resolving this specific issue with the next build and you shouldn't have any more issues having to log in each time. We're pushing up the new build this week so it should be resolved very soon. Additionally, the app is optimized for mobile, as it is a native iOS app. You also have the option to access content through the web app as a member. We're always happy to help you out. ### 2/5 — Enjoyed it until I didn’t *2025-02-02* Likes the concept so I downloaded it. Worked for about two weeks and then after that any time I opened the app it would crash. Big bummer. **Developer response:** Hi - we're sorry to hear about the technical issue you had. We are working on an updated build should resolve this for you. ### 3/5 — Only U.S? *2024-09-15* I can see that this will be a good app for learning jiu jitsu however, when you open the app to make and account and then you have to verify your email with a phone number, the phone number only applies to American numbers. Please change this ASAP and allow users to put in UK phone numbers **Developer response:** Hi - Thank you for the message! We’re removing the phone number authorization entirely with the next update, so you should be able to get access as soon as it’s published. We already submitted a new build so hopefully that’s resolved in the next few days. We will definitely keep you posted! Used a pc browser to sign up just fine, but the app itself is useless for me. The material and instruction is seriously top notch. Their support team messaged me back on instagram, helped me troubleshoot it and it’s back up and working fine. Their support team is just as good as their educational content! Jason and his content has single handedly gotten me and about a dozen of my partners to start,and continue training bjj.
