Love the setup way more than competitors, with the sleek white background. Hope they fix this & pump out some new content. ### 1/5 — JJX has no support in app or online. *2024-08-14, version 0.1.31* I had purchased the lapel encyclopedia from Keenan online years ago. I was told JJX is where it now lives. I can’t access it, password reset doesn’t work, when I do reset it it still says I have no access. App stole my money and even when I make a support ticket online… they never reply. I paid for what actually was a good instructional series but only got to use it once. After that I couldn’t log in again. Despite contacting support many times and emailing them I have not heard anything at all. Tried different ways to reach out to them l but no response. Not even an acknowledgment. I love the courses they have but the website and this app have completely tanked. Terrible app right now. The spinning ball of stress just rotates in the middle of the screen indefinitely after you submit your credentials. While it’s loading you can also edit the text for password or email so that’s not good. The worst part. They give an email on their site for reporting problems with the app and the website. I sent them a thorough email 2025 September 2 regarding not being able to login. Now today as I write this on 5 November 2025, I’ve still never got a response from them and the login issue is still broken. The devs and app support folks are very helpful if any issues arrive. The navigation update is good. One thing I hope for in the future is ability to change screen orientation while navigating videos. I’ve been using it on my iPad in the car before training to refresh the recent leg lock tips I downloaded earlier. I love how the lesson viewer basically works like Netflix in that when I turn it the side I get a full screen view. Clear titles for the pages, and laid out in a way that is simple and easy to navigate. Visually, I always appreciate apps that include a dark mode since I do a lot of my video watching when the lights are off and I should be sleeping. Excited to see how the course upload feature and the rolls feature grow as time goes on! I’m sure each section will eventually have a vast library of content, and it’s nice that there’s no exclusivity around either.
