Hal ini terjadi saat pengguna memesan untuk dikirim ke rumah. Namun kesalahan juga terjadi saat pengguna memesan untuk langsung diambil di gerai terdekat. Saat dikonfirmasi dengan kasir ternyata opsi seperti pilihan ukuran, jenis susu dan tingkat kemanisan tidak keluar di kasir saat pesanan dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi. Tolong dilakukan pembaharuan yang signifikan agar kesalahan tidak terulang lagi apalagi perihal pilihan susu yang dapat membahayakan pengguna.
