This makes me so so sad. Summer 2024 The feeder is great! Camera needs to be charged every few days, but the feeder is busy. I can almost never watch the birds live. By the time I get through the 5 second ad, the bird is usually gone. I can review what happens during the day… when the app works. I often have to delete the device and sync to my WiFi and whatnot again. I love the feeders. I have correctly followed all troubleshooting steps, but still refuses to connect. Have made additional attempts to contact the app developer and Bird Dock company, still zero response from either. I started trying to contact them in Nov 24, and they have yet to respond. I’ve filed a complaint with the California Attorney General’s office since Bird Dock company’s address is there. I encourage everyone who is having this same issue with their Bird Dock to do the same. App worked great for about a year and then stopped connecting to the camera, rendering the camera useless. I have only been able to connect my 2 cameras to the app for 3-4 days total since mid-November 2024. I have reported this issue to the app developer multiple times, both using their in-app feedback form and email address. I have yet to receive a response acknowledging my issue or attempting to help resolve it.
