## What is JJMMPS Smart Connect?

JJMMPS SMART CONNECT is a consumer-facing service app for comprehensive school communication platform designed to strengthen the connection between school, parents, students, and staff through seamless digital communication and real-time access to important academic information. Users discover the app by searching for it in the App Store and install it on their personal Apple devices such as iPhones and iPads.

This usage model is similar to other publicly available service applications such as banking apps (used by bank customers), airline apps (used by passengers), or hospital/patient portal apps (used by patients). While access is limited to authorized users of the institution, the app itself is intended for public App Store distribution so eligible users can easily discover and install it on their personal devices.

The app provides community-facing services including:
• Student academic information
