Program is elite and can already tell the difference it is making with my footy and Jack is extremely helpful and always ready to answer a question, genuinely feels like your being coached by a mate.

Absolutely grouse experience, app is easy to use and fun to explore. I’m seeing unreal progression thanks to the well thought out program and Jack is extremely active with helping with my form and any other needs/questions I have. 

Definitely recommend for those wanting to step up their game and/or beginners!
