## What is JJY Simulator?

日本で市販されている電波時計をiPhoneで合わせるユーティリティです。
日本の電波時計の基準局(JJY)で使用される標準電波を模擬した信号を、13.3kHzの音声として出力し、3倍高調波(40kHz)を利用して時刻を合わせます。

1. イヤホンをiPhoneのイヤホンジャックに接続し、電波時計のすぐそばに置きます。

2. 音量を最大に設定します。

3. 「音声信号を出力」をオンにします。

4. 電波時計を強制受信モードにし、時刻が合うまで数分間待ちます。

Found this app from a YouTube video.
I got a 2nd hand G-Shock GW-5600J with Tough Solar and Wave Ceptor.
Didn’t work with iPhone speakers, so I tried with the Bluetooth JBL headphones, and that sync in 4 minutes.
Cool app, just pity that I don’t understand what the text means in Japanese.

電波時計の時間合わせに使ってましたが、

急に使えなくなりました。

ググってみたところAndroid専用ですが
JYY emulatorってのがありまして、子供のスマホに入れてやったら１発で時間合わせ出来ました。
iPhoneにもJYY emulator出して！コイツはもう使えない！

jjy web版の方が送信感度かなり上なので、これいる？という状況。昔は重宝してたのですが、このアプリでの成功率はゴミ袋に包んで入れとくとか面倒なことをしないとダメなくらいです。成功率はweb版9割、このアプリ3割。

iOSが新しいものだと緑のラインが短音になってしまい、うまく受信できませんでしたが
古いiPhone9を使用したところ、緑のラインが長音になり受信できるようになりました。
当方関西圏ですがこのアプリだと関東圏のアンテナで受信しました。
イヤホンでなく、BluetoothのJBLのスピーカーを使用して耳がキーキーしますが音量中くらいで行いました。
iPhone古い機種での設定をおすすめします
