Each day a new wonder (video or game) and other mini games. You can hang out in your flat where gift are delivered each day as well. Be on the look out for JL’s signature dogs, cats, and other animals! I have trouble finding the adds to send. I get stuck on the first picture of downtown. When I nursed my husband for many years, bed bound at home, ….and confined to home during Covid after he died….they became a life time to show my loved ones I cared and I was ‘ok’. My two boys (in their 40’s now) have always teased me a little over them. But their younger sister, my daughter, loved them. She married first, now has girls 10 and 7 who LOVE them. I so enjoy finding reasons to send the cards now, (as we are scattered), other than just birthdays. And the Advent calendars have been wonderful…can’t find adjectives. The girls begin looking forward to them in November. The boys each have a little girl now…who have begun to LOVE the calendars too…much to my amusement. David even admitted that his daughter kept playing last years before the Paris one arrived. And I still play the Paris one with such happy memories of the weekend my husband and I spent there. Throughout December we hunted the Father Christmases together…from Germany, Epsom, Bristol and Cardiff via Facetime. We did the games. It was a lovely way to connect with my grandchildren. The eldest helps me with the puzzles. This year we were all together over Christmas and the boys admitted they were wrong….very unusual! The Advent calendar was TOPS and “please keep the cards coming” they said. Thank you for the enormous amount of hard work behind the scenes. And the pleasure and joy it has given and is still giving to our family. ### 5/5 — One of their best Advent calendars yet *2025-01-16, version 1.1.1* Really loved this year’s calendar! So many new games and puzzles, all the beautiful Paris scenes and vignettes, and my ‘Apartment’ was so pretty. The gallery of paintings and their background info was exquisite! We have all been loving the games, activities, and sheer beauty of our digital calendars! My family does many of the games together, and I often save mine for wind-down-time in the evenings.Love the soft choral holiday music playing while I explored the City of Light! The music is lovely and the Paris apartment has so much to do every day. My only wish for an improvement is to allow us to give a treat to the dog every day instead of just periodically. Other than that, I plan to use this one every year. My other comment is I wish they would bring back the calendar that had the little lambs to find every day.
