I sent an email before the items shipped. Customer service reached right out to me. They said they would take care of it. They did not!! They still sent it and charged me and it was final sale! I have always loved shopping here but my last shopping experience might be my last shopping experience!! ### 3/5 — Pay Over Time *2025-02-02* The dresses are stunning, I have no issues with that. The problem is, you have the option to pay over time but whenever you choose that option, it never works. I’ve never had that issue with Afterpay, Klarna or Shop. I’ve read so many reviews on better business bureau saying customers didn’t receive help or didn’t receive their product, which is exactly what happened to me. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of action to help myself as a customer obtain a product that I paid for and ordered from them. It is a risk buying from them that you will receive customer care, accurate shipping timeline information, or your product. A risk I’m no longer willing to take. When I chose to pay through Klarna all It says is “Houston, we have a problem” Then tried Apple Pay and it’s telling me I haven’t added any address but Ofcourse I had that’s how they calculated the shipping £15 and all the shipping, billing address was added via Apple Pay. Then I went with the option “card” and didn’t accept my card. Why are you making it so hard to even pay? I really wanted the dress.
