Inspections, checklists, and completing time punches are easy. It has much more than that too. With 34 employees this becomes a nightmare. They are not willing to make any upgrades to the system, even after multiple suggestions and complaints. Instead of improving the app they come up with a “workaround”. If you are expecting to be able to assign more than one break for an employee, don’t come here. Apparently, that’s far too technical for their developers to handle! ### 1/5 — Waste of Time *2025-12-31, version 4.71* This App isn’t a help but a problem we have 20 employees and spend an hour to figure out how everyone is supposed to sign in on this useless app losing valuable time for work. This app is a mistake DONT USE THIS APP if you run a company it’s a waste of time ### 1/5 — Plenty of issues *2025-03-05* The whole geofence is a nice idea, however I have services 3 separate buildings, and thus far have had issues with it not allowing me to clock in due to being outside of geofence or location not being found. Back about a year ago or so the app worked great, roughly summer 2024 is when the issues popped up and have been steady since. ### 1/5 — Glitchy and Poor Pic Quality *2023-03-17* The pictures sent within the app are poor quality. Pictures are so important to communicate within this app so this issue is a deal killer. Also, the who’s working function doesn’t work properly which makes it difficult to keep track of your employees. ### 1/5 — Don’t do it *2020-08-13* App is a complete and total failure if you’re planning on implementing this software make sure you have the latest phone out there with a great service provider (for signal purposes) also make sure you always have the latest software version on your phone with enough storage room or the app will simply not work. Always crashing, takes forever to load, constantly have to uninstall and reinstall in order for it to maybe work. Can’t believe my employer makes me use it. I’ve even heard the clients complain about this app. If you are a business owner, do not use this app. It is an embarrassment to use. ### 2/5 — Janitorial Manager *2021-04-11* Their customer service is great, they are very helpful and friendly. However, the app is not very good at all. The app and their website is very slow. My employees are constantly having to delete the app then re-install the app on their phones to be able to clock-in/out.
