If you’re downloading this because you just moved to a JMC property, congratulations! Prepare to move again at your lease end date.

This property management company is a WHOLE MESS! Its quite honestly a joke that they’re even still in business.

This is just a reskin of the RentCafe app. You can use the RentCafe app instead, and you should.

This app works well for things like maintenance requests but when it comes time to pay rent it is unstable.  I assume it is because of the demand as everyone pays their rent at the same time but if you’re going to offer an app and know you have many tenants at many properties doing it at the same time you’ve got to be able to back it up with reliable performance.  Too many errors and timeouts.

Apple pay is always completely blocked by a screen malfunction, and it has been for a while now. I can get it to work by scrolling all the way down and repeatedly tapping where the button is supposed to be, but it is a hassle. Please fix this bug.

Great app! Very user-friendly! Only issue is same as before: I set up auto-pay with a high limit so that any amount will always be covered. While the monthly rent charges ALWAYS get paid, the utilities sometimes do… and sometimes don’t.

It’s the easiest way to pay your rent. I always put money on it so I don’t touch it lol. If it’s an a bank account, it’s easier to get at it. Here u can’t.
