## What is JMI Backstage?

Backstage is the members' room for Jones Musical Instruments, the bass company built by Darryl Jones, who has played bass for Miles Davis, Sting and the Rolling Stones.

THE WALL
Post your rig, a tour story, or a technique. Comment on what other players put up. Photos welcome. Most of what goes up here is somebody's bass.

ASK DARRYL
Ask about playing, tone, or the instruments, and upvote the questions you want answered. The archive answers many of them in Darryl's own words, quoted from his interviews.

CLAIM YOUR BASS
Own a Jones? Enter the serial number and claim it. Verified instruments carry a gold badge and sit on the Gear wall beside the player who owns them.

BUILD
Spec a custom bass: body, neck, pickups, finish. The build sheet goes straight to the shop.

LESSONS
Footage of Darryl playing, and talking through how he does it. Free to every member.

EVENTS
Clinics, club dates and shop visits. Dates go to members before they go anywhere else.

Membership is free. The account is what keeps the wall to players who put their name to it.
