Login screen does not recognize saved passwords. Also not getting OTP therefore not able to use app. Press resend and nothing ### 2/5 — Critique *2026-02-12* The app has very basic functions that work ok, but it can be slow sometimes. I believe the app and the Web portal are due for a UI refresh. I rate 1 star because there’s no 0 star option ### 4/5 — Great ! *2024-03-13* I am just grateful I will be able to easily have access to view my accounts. The launching of this app was long overdue. So far, the app is very user friendly & straight to the point. My only issue is that I have to select the time period I’d like to view my statements. Personally, it would be way more convenient to group the statements by month & year (example, December 2024) and we could just select the time period from there. Nonetheless, I am just grateful JMMB got with the times because this app was ANTICIPATED! ### 5/5 — Great app can't wait for the improvements *2024-03-12* Great app so far. I had issues with OTP the first time I tried logging in but once I logged in the first time everything went smooth after. Very convenient for transferring/viewing funds and I love the stocks page. I see a lot of "coming soon" so I am excited for the new updates and improvements. But this app is very convenient for me so far and deserves a 5 star. ### 3/5 — Just an OK App *2024-02-27* The design looks outdated and does not make good use of the screen space available. The upper third of the app should be used to show content on all of the app instead of just empty space. The account statement page does this correctly and it looks so much better than the rest of the app. The font size seems a bit too small. An option to adjust it would be ideal. I also have OTP issues like other reviewers. The portfolio performance charts and gain/loss percentages are a great additions to the app which seems to be missing from the Moneyline website. ### 1/5 — A week later, I still can’t login *2024-02-23* There’s something wrong.
