And the email that says “if you have problems logging in, call this number”? No one is there to help because office are closed. That isn’t customer service if we can’t get help anytime anywhere. I believe the app and the Web portal are due for a UI refresh. I have spoken to so many customer service personnel and they are yet to find a solution. This app was long overdue but seems it should have still been developing. I had issues with OTP the first time I tried logging in but once I logged in the first time everything went smooth after. Very convenient for transferring/viewing funds and I love the stocks page. I see a lot of "coming soon" so I am excited for the new updates and improvements. The launching of this app was long overdue. So far, the app is very user friendly & straight to the point. My only issue is that I have to select the time period I’d like to view my statements. Personally, it would be way more convenient to group the statements by month & year (example, December 2024) and we could just select the time period from there. The upper third of the app should be used to show content on all of the app instead of just empty space. The account statement page does this correctly and it looks so much better than the rest of the app. The font size seems a bit too small. An option to adjust it would be ideal. I also have OTP issues like other reviewers.
