I cannot edit my information, and even transfer keeps crashing. I have to be going to the website and use the online banking platform. Seems this was done a by teen that was introduced to coding for a bank of the calibre this is trash. ### 1/5 — Duplicating Transactions *2025-12-09* This is my second time using the app to do a transaction/transfer and it has duplicated the transaction again. Will not be using the app for transactions going forward. That is very inconvenient bug for a banking app to have. ### 1/5 — Underdeveloped App *2025-10-15, version 1.0.0* There’s no way on God’s green earth that this app is ready for release and public use. The interface is far beyond lacking, bland, and under-responsive. I cannot believe this is the actual JN Bank app. Far cry from what it was years ago. I’ll stick to the website until the app is actually finalized. ### 1/5 — Need lots of improvement *2025-10-03* This App needs improvement, it doesn’t give you the option to rest your password. Also everything in the App is summary we need to have details option also. ### 2/5 — No details *2026-05-25* This app is as plane as they come. You cannot edit your personal information or see any details about your deposits. You cannot access your history. It’s only useful to see your balance ### 2/5 — Subpar and Lack of Effort *2025-11-22* I’ll give a 2 stars because at-least we can see accounts but that was just about it. This app does not seem like it had much research done into user interactions or user experience. The app is mediocre at best, comes off more as a proof of concept than an actual product. From the alignment of the cards, to the insistence of using a menu to do any action in the app, being unsure what is clickable or not and the overall design is just not it. It is a grossly underwhelming product for a 2025 mobile app. It gives 2015 app production vibes. Maybe because it took 10 years to be made. ### 2/5 — UI *2025-09-28, version 1.0.0* The UI is so not ready, worse than the web version. The app is laggy. Compare to the other mobile apps from the other banks, I am horribly disappointed by this. No ease of use, layout is terrible! This seems like a project done by a high schooler just learning programming ### 3/5 — Subpar at best *2025-10-31* This app is really bare minimum effort on the part of JN. For a bank that probably is the last one in Jamaica to get an app the functionality and user interface for the app should be much better. Nothing about it is intuitive. I wonder if they even did a customer test on it before rolling it out. It’s ok but they can and should have done way better than this. ### 3/5 — Basic but works *2025-10-21, version 1.7.11* Coming from no app at all and only being accessible through your browser I think this is ok and works fine.
