Size small does not fit like a size small anywhere else-(it’s huge). Do not even try to return it. Take a look at the obscene return policy. They even provide a P.O. Box to make the return process more expensive through the USPS. I tried to work with the owner to return something that was too large and a different color than what was pictured on their site. The owner was rude and completely inflexible. This was such a terrible purchasing experience. ### 3/5 — Positive Growth and Balance *2018-12-14, version 1.8.29* I love your personalities, you are wonderful people and your taste in clothing is excellent. You both do an awesome job of putting out your products. My experience with buying your products is limited, I have bought maybe 6-10 pieces. The three star review is based on two opinions from those purchase experiences: 1) I need flexibility in a shopping cart to allow me to pick my top 10 most liked items from the 100’s that are available, and then narrow my selection to fit my budget (2-5 items). Two of my experiences ended up with not being able to remove items from my cart to narrow down my selections (your perspective is that I MUST buy everything in my cart or we cut you off). There seems to be a much stronger ‘seller’ perspective vs. ‘buyer’ perspective’ and You have a like it or leave it attitude. Which brings me to my second opinion. 2) After receiving my purchases, only one item in about 6 or 7 are of the quality I feel I am paying for. My first thought was ‘I can buy this same exact thing or most often ‘better’ on Zulily or Rotita for a third of the price’. That being said, I will occasionally visit your site or watch your live show, but I do not recommend you to my family, friends and acquaintances. I will do the majority of my shopping elsewhere for now. I understand that you are a startup and have a lot of room for growth so take this opinion as pointing you in the direction of positive growth. Please don’t take it personally. You guys are great!
