Great concept - poor execution. Especially in the U.K. 

Directors will sell you a dream, and then hand over a partially built product, whilst scrambling around in the background trying to fix its duckups. (We know I don’t mean duck).

Spanish firm.. that are in with the banks so deep that their arses are twitching.. they recently did a “six week sprint” to fully unleash their product. But spent most of that six weeks doctoring the numbers to give themselves a headline. 

When a company has to force its employees to rate its product - you know something’s not right (I guess A.I can’t do that).

We use this app at work. It promises to increase performance which is has for us. Ratings and feedback feature is what I use. Managing clocking is very easy for us.
