## What is Job?

Job Site Calc is the offline-first materials calculator built for the job site, not the office.

Get exact material counts for 11 trades: Concrete, Drywall, Paint, Framing, Roofing, Flooring/Tile, Masonry, Stairs, Rebar, Decking, and Fencing/Paving. Enter measurements the way you actually think about them, like 12' 6 3/8", with full feet-inch-fraction support built in.

FREE, FULLY FUNCTIONAL
Concrete, Drywall, and Paint calculators are completely free, no watered-down trial, no ads, no account required. Every material estimate is computed live, right on your device.

UNLOCK PRO, ONE TIME, NO SUBSCRIPTION
A single $9.99 purchase unlocks the remaining 8 trade calculators plus job saving, PDF export, and share, forever. No monthly fees, ever.

BUILT FOR REAL JOB SITES
- Feet-inch-fraction input on every measurement field
- Configurable waste factor per calculator
- Metric/imperial toggle
- Save calculations to a job and reopen them later
- Export a professional PDF for a single calculation or an entire job
- 100% offline. No internet connection required for any calculation, save, or export

Every formula uses standard published industry figures, hand-verified against real reference cases, not rough guesses. Estimates only, always confirm quantities against your project's plans and applicable code before purchasing materials.

No ads. No tracking. No subscription. Just accurate numbers for your next job.
