Job Tracker Util helps you stay on top of your job search without turning it into a second job.

Built for clarity, not clutter. Every application lives on your device—no sign-in, no server, no syncing your career data to the cloud. Open the app, add a role, update status when something moves, and move on with your day.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Add jobs in seconds — company (required), optional role title and posting URL
• Track a full hiring pipeline: Interested → Applied → HR screen → 1st / 2nd round → Offer, plus Rejected and Accepted
• Filter your list: Show all, Interested, In progress, Ghosted, Rejected, or Accepted
• Sort by recently updated, company name, or date added
• Open the original job posting with one tap
• Get a short encouraging message when you update status (e.g. after a rejection or offer)

STAYS OUT OF YOUR WAY

• Auto-ghost: no update in 2 weeks? The app moves the role to Ghosted so stale applications don’t pile up
• Dark mode support — follows your system appearance
• Lightweight design with a simple list and floating add button

PRIVACY FIRST

Your job search data is stored locally on your phone using on-device storage. We don’t ask you to create an account to use the core tracker.
