The mobile number is written on the profile. You can’t change statuses or anything on the profile like I want to be able to work off job app like I can work off job at a desktop and they just don’t have the same function like applications aren’t showing in my jobs even though I know there are applications I’ve already pre-sorted them into applicant status statuses but that doesn’t show on the app either so I have to re-dig through everything. Such a missed opportunity because so much work is done on the go now. Now it’s clunky, slow, and you can’t even add new candidate profiles whilst on the move. Ridiculous. ### 1/5 — Learning and development missing!! *2025-12-18, version 1.4* At least publish some User manuals or YouTube videos to make easier for beginners to learn about this software. ### 1/5 — Rubbish, slow not user friendly doesn’t pull entire database *2025-12-14, version 1.4* Hard to find jobs and people across entire database. Needs a massive overhaul. Integrations are too clunky, not straight forward, not user interface friendly. Support is half hearted. Always says job not found, you post a job across multiple databases and the data should auto populate, it doesn’t. You need to fill out for every job board, so inefficient. It’s not a cheap platform, at all. I couldn’t even write a task to assignees without the app glitching. Even the JobAdder web based interface doesn’t make sense, the terminology, the job boards, the pipelines, all non logical. Need a software architect to redesign this platform. In today’s mobile world, having full functionality in the app is critical, they really haven’t thought about this one. ### 1/5 — Are you even maintaining this anymore? *2025-11-09, version 1.3* One of the worst work apps on my phone. Very slow to load, slow to navigate, server connection issues. Can’t even log in. Constantly logs out and makes you reset pin. Everything should be flowing smoothly now! ### 1.5 — 2026-02-18 Just like the Emu and Kangaroo, our users couldn’t go back when viewing an application. With this release, users can once again merrily click the back button when viewing the candidate record. We’ve also refreshed the back and quick action buttons on the candidate record, and they’re now a delightful, easy-to-find, blue and white. Can we get an “ooo ahhh”? ### 1.4 — 2025-11-12 This version comes with two updates: Update 1: How deep is your link? Tapping a JobAdder link on your phone (for example from an email notification) now takes you straight to the right screen in the app, no more landing in the wrong place. What’s a deep link? It’s a link that opens a specific screen in the app, instead of the browser. (And no, it’s not affiliated with the Bee Gees’ hit “How Deep Is Your Love”, but our love for links runs pretty deep.) Update 2: Login redirect For a while there, our PIN screen was playing tricks on you. You’d enter your correct PIN… only to be gaslit by an error, “Login failed. Please check your username and password.” Plot twist, your token had expired behind the scenes, or maybe your JobAdder password had. But instead of leading you back to safety, the app smugly kept you on the PIN page, offering no clear way out unless you tapped “Forgot PIN” (which you hadn’t forgotten). We now redirect you automatically to log in with your username and password. ### 1.3 — 2025-02-09 We’ve split the login process into two screens—credentials check and configuration download—making it easier to pinpoint and fix any login issues. ### 1.2 — 2024-11-24 We’ve sprayed some pesky server error bugs that were spoiling the ambience.
