With this update, none of the iPods will scan and have to enter everything manually. ### 1/5 — Updates cause failed connection *2019-06-11* This is the 2nd update that has caused this app to not work. Can not connect to our server after the update to do anything and no way to roll back to the app that worked. When I go to clock out it takes me back to the sign in screen. Not user friendly these app devs need to go back to school. ### 1/5 — Fix the camera! *2023-11-08* The camera doesn’t focus on the IPhone 14 and when far enough back where it can detect a QR code, it sees multiple ones and then begins to bounce all over randomly selecting all the codes it sees. You are not able to scan the one you want unless you cover up all the others. Such a disappointment. As a employee I could check hour on a specific job. However, it would be AMAZING - IF, ShopTech added Current Logins & Custom Apps. This would allow for employees to ensure they clocked in as well as print custom apps (we have custom apps for labels, wip tags, etc.). ### 3/5 — Mobile iPhone - Job Details option *2025-09-18* I recently purchased Jobboss2. The App works decent. There seems to be cliches when you view documents uploaded to a job on the iPhone. Click to view and the app closes. You can reboot it and it seems to get to the document. However, it is a nuisance and becomes frustrating. This works 30% of the time. I would like to see an update to correct this as employees on jobs would like to view the next job detail and program if needed. Right now, I’m still printing a document. However, it takes to search for the next physical traveler and I want a more streamlined process. ### 3/5 — Broken camera feature and login problems *2023-01-31* Fix the camera feature so you can scan and also when logging in the blanks have no labels and black so they don’t look like areas to enter text.
