They are terrible at listening to customer feedback and charge a ridiculous amount for annual support with almost nothing improved over the years. This particular app was moderately beneficial but now is useless. Will not load. Starts to load and then prompts with error 500. Even though we have purchased the software and host on our site they refuse to help get this app working. It was working fine until one of their updates broke it. It has been broken for well over 1 year. ### 1/5 — Error 500 *2022-09-27, version 4.012* I don’t know if it was due to last update or what but for the past few months it quit working showing an internal error 500. ### 3/5 — Bar code doesn’t work. *2020-08-25* Please fix the bar code reader. Other than that, the app is ok. ### 1/5 — Still lacks useful information. *2019-11-27* When a user is logged into multiple jobs, this app will not show what they are logged into. Only shows “multiple” for the jobs. Please, make it so when you select a user, then it shows all the good information.
