Bought their card reader on June 6th & never received it. Contacted the owner Ben & Support Lilly about this issue awhile back & never got any answers. I requested a refund due to not receiving my card reader + not wanting to port over my phone number. I had feelings as if JobFlow Go was an inferior FSM after all of those issues & inevitably switch softwares. I just remembered that I never got my refund & I contacted Ben the owner. He never got back to me.

Ben and his team have redesigned my website and also built an app to handle customer relations management. New potential customers have been drawn to the new website and engagement has increased dramatically. Would recommend Ben to anyone looking to advance their business!

I run a small business , This app has become so
Essential to, Our daily routine. Scheduling and the invoice workflow are all intuitive. I can create an invoice in sight and snap a photo, and send it immediately. The time I used to spend  chasing down payments has dramatically decreased. Customer support has been fantastic with any questions or fixes I needed very promptly. I highly recommend this app to anyone in the trade field who what's to maximize their time and get extremely organized all in one !!

I’ve been experimenting with different apps to help me start up youth sports training business and I have not found any better than Jobflow Go. The interface is clean and the app is extremely organized and concise. As a first time business owner I am lucky to have found such a great tool.
