I’ve been asking for months now to have my account deleted. I delete function is disabled so you are unable to completely remove yourself/account from the app. They say that you need to contact customer support but I have sent several emails and have never received a response. I don’t want to just delete the app with my data already in there. I need it deleted. ### 1/5 — App is a great idea on paper *2022-11-02* Jobility would be a lot better if more employers used it ### 1/5 — No jobs available *2022-01-30* I spent a good amount of time inputting my availability across many different industries and there didn’t appear to be a single gig available in NYC, so definitely not worth it **Developer response:** Thank you for downloading Jobility and we are sorry that you've been having some trouble finding a match. Please contact us direct at support@jobility.com for additional assistance. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother, there’s nothing *2020-06-09* First off you have to enter your availability for each job type, each time slot and each area individually! And what’s the point of asking for state AND city AND zip code AND radius ?! And then every time you enter a new one It crashed and restarts?! Forget about entering your skills and credentials: I can’t even do that bc the app crashed everyone while loading the page so I have no idea what it looks like! Way too much work - for nothing!! I guess once you actually have jobs available it could be something but you soils make it so someone can select one time slot and several job titles at once, some people are multi talented. And I think zip code and radius is enough and makes not sense, no need for city and state as well. If you want to make it a really great app you should make it so all the user has to do is enter the skills and credentials and are on the General info and then when they enter time availability the app will match the skills with job titles in the selected area! ### 1/5 — Worst sign up experience ever *2020-01-17* Gave up trying. Never even got into the app. **Developer response:** Thank you for downloading Jobility and we apologize that you had trouble signing into the app. Please send an email to support@jobility.com and we can get you signed in right away. ### 2/5 — Not Worth Downloading *2020-03-02* Since they are just starting, there are no jobs available and they require you too much information. I was told by their customer service they were even unable to deactivate my account. Would not bother downloading, maybe in the future it could be something. ### 2/5 — App kept closing out. *2019-12-30* I heard about this app via a radio ad. Hope this app is worth it. Upon download and filling out my profile, the app shut down about a half dozen times. I am unable to edit/remove existing skills. I apply for a job an the lady Kaye call me an went through everything with me. Kaye sent my resume to the job an I kept in touch with her. When I didn’t hear from the job she call the hiring manager in the spot an I went 10 mins later for an interview an was hirer rite on the spot. Kaye was very good to me an also to my roommate who was looking an we were both hired on the spot. Any questions or anything I need Kaye was rite their weather I need to text her or call her she answer rite away. I had a better experience in getting a job through Kaye then I did on indeed that I’ve been applying to for weeks. I highly recommend everyone to try this an if you don’t hear back let Kaye know an she will call the person doing the interviews an get you rite in . Excellent experience ### 5/5 — Job Matching Spot On to the Hirer and Hiree *2020-08-25* Jobility does a superb job with detail orientation for filling the opening of the employer’s gig and hiring options to the skill sets and personalities of the scheduled gigs and applicants. Customer service reps are ready to assist with immediate aide as well. Grateful to have found a company such as Jobility. Thank you! ### 5/5 — Only complaint was that I did not download sooner *2020-08-14* After speaking with my Jobility coordinator Kaye. She helped me integrate my self with my new gig. Was extremely helpful in figuring out the app and was very attentive to my questions. I’m not saying the app is simple but with the help of Kaye it was seamless. My only request would be to make sure who ever will be training future coordinators to follow the model that Kaye has displayed. She’s professional patient and timely.
