We have been with them for over three years. Unfortunately, they make so many changes to the program that it causes our internal processes to change which id very frustrating. There is very poor communication on what to expect and what to prepare for when the changes occur. For example, thr finance program we connected no longer works properly. I was very embarrassing to go into help a client get financing and see it completely removed. Our team is tired of needing to change our way of business to adhere to the way they think we should operate. Recently it’s been crashing when I try to upload photos from my phone, so just wanted to make that known to the developers. ### 3/5 — Inspection Reports - NOPE! *2025-10-17* I’ve been with JobNimbus for years. Love the tool overall and they continue to integrate with more tech. BUT…how are we missing one of the first tools you need as a contractor. The ability to make a professional inspection report. You can go in and create a custom document, but when you add photos, you can’t move them around or place them in individual sections. It seems a shame that we pay this much for a tool like this but also have to buy another tool/software to create a solid inspection report that doesn’t look like you made it on a Word document. **Developer response:** Thanks for being a longtime JobNimbus user and for your thoughtful feedback. PC , Tablet, & Phone versions of your software work differently making the possess to use your software a nightmare. The concept of updates this past year has been a huge joke in our office. Zero automation for fallow up is a huge disappointment. Over all, this app has added to more stress to my job than prospecting. The nickname I have given your software is Jarvis Noruleus. I use that name to describe to the team that the JN software is acting up again in group chats. I use an iPad Pro and the app constantly crashes or has error messages when trying to send or make proposals. So I have to use the website and then it still has issues. If you like to waste your time on error messages and remake estimates use this app ### 1/5 — MASSIVE Security Risk *2026-01-04, version 2025.12.18* This platform has no way of logging out users in real time, if one of your employees quits or is let go there is nothing you can do to stop them from stealing data or potentially ruining client relationships. Also they are removing their original estimate style and they dont have a suitable replacement. Only “good, better, best” 3 choices that my customers can choose from. I’ve tried multiple CRM systems. JobNimbus seems to be the most serious about listening to their customers and has a team that can actually implement the small adjustments and major changes necessary for the needs of a growing roofing company… It’s not perfect but like I said, I’ve tried about six different CRM‘s and this is the most complete product I have found. I have given my feedback on multiple areas of the platform specifically how it works on mobile iPhone they have implemented those changes making my life much easier. I’m hopeful that they maintain this type of customer interaction. Myself and all of our project managers are rarely in the office. We are primarily interested in a CRM that works with mobile iPhones as the primary tool for inputting information, sending information and documenting information as it relates to us as roofing contractors. The only reason I ever use a desktop computer is because currently the JobNimbus app does not allow me to do it from my mobile device.
