While the quality of service is good, the high cost may deter some users from using it. ### 3/5 — Not Bad *2023-09-27, version 2.4.1* The app. was developed in a good format, but the service providers are not consentrating with their work/enquirys. My personal experience, I have Pre-booked a plumber, on next day the plumber attend my enquiry and sort out my problem. The other day I have booked a alluminum fabrication work. The service provider also call me, but he hasn't attend my enquiry. They did some alterations and somehow finished the work in 3 hrs or so.. They are prompt and polite and do a good job. My experience with the carpenter was poor. He was well behaved and polite - no issues there but his skill level was very low. The worst thing is they charge 150 for inspection, I called for a plumber regarding a drainage issue - they just came and checked the piping from outside , told me a charge pf 1800 without even checking or opening anything- i said i will call them later and got the issue was with a block easily removed by a local plumber for 500rs. Took INR 300 and it is 2 days never heard after this. Called the customer service and they said will check and call back but no reply till now. It was clear from the start that the technician lacked basic experience. Not only did he charge an exorbitant fee, but he also damaged the pipeline and the brand-new motor during the installation process. I am now left with a broken system and a huge bill. I expect a full refund and compensation for the damages caused. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. He was unable to repair even simple plumbing issues like our shower and water purifier tap, which are basic tasks. The work was left incomplete, and I expected better professionalism and skill from a service platform like Joboy. They have very unprofessional local workers who simply looks to loot your money without proper solutions to your issues. Recently booked for a plumping work, the plumber checked and said i need to contact the service provider from which i purchased the tap and they only can change the tap spindle. Charged 299 Rs aswell for simply recommending this big advise. This is second time such issue, first time joboy refunded the amount. I dont need any refund this time, assign some good technicians. Customer service is also pathetic, contacted through chats abd whatspp and they said service people will call me. Its been 3 hours since no one contacted me. Also now the taps are leaked more after the plumber unscrewed the taps. Worst service. Go for urban company, much much better. Within a couple of minutes I got a confirm call and I was assured a technician will arrive in couple of hours time. Promptly son after a technician came and attended the job and did a great job .I paid the technician directly thru google pay. Soon after the technician left I received a a follow up call from Joboy to check on the quality of work. I told the caller that he did great job. The following day I received the bill from Joboy into my mail for the money I had paid directly to the technician.
