I made this app because none of the current apps did what I wanted. Very quick task entry, press one button to see the most urgent ones, another to see the most important. And if you have only a short time available, or want to do something fun, buttons for that. Then there's my magic formula which tells you what to do first, based on urgency importance size and fun factor! Also now added: Hide Until - make a job disappear and pop up when it's due to start, e.g. buy xmas presents pops up in early November. No need to see it till then! Never forget a task, take control of your life in order to be more efficient, reduce stress and achieve more. However, I use IPhone Dark Mode and the text entry fields show up as black and any entered text is also black. So unless I toggle off Dark Mode to enter tasks or switch completely to the non-dark mode, it will be challenging to use it. Hoping for an update. But I still love every Chris Croft training I’ve watched. ### 5/5 — Very Creative and Purposeful *2024-10-08* Okay. I’ve installed this app after Chris crofts class. His instructions were so clear and helped me a lot. About this app, this is the best and creative task manager app I’ve ever used. Of course being a person of managing tasks efficiently I’ve no doubt how Chris come up with this app. But the downside to the app now is that it Needs an Update soon. UI needs some visual improvements or option to edit how it looks also a support for Dark mode. I hope the app will update soon. ### 1/5 — Black coloured text on a black background? *2023-10-10* Hi Chris, Just downloaded the app with a very high hope after watching your course. Went to add the very first task to only receive a shock of my life. It’s a black text on black background where the task can be added! I hope it’s only a glitch and the idea behind the app itself is still good when eventually get to use it. BTW, this will not affect my overall respect to you 🙂 ### 4/5 — Great but needs a couple of tweaks! *2023-04-11* Love the colour coding and the simplicity of arranging and organising your time!! But a couple of improvements required for my 5 star rating.. 1/. you can’t use this app in landscape mode on an iPad which means you are dealing with a smaller keyboard! 2/. You can’t create recurring tasks..so if you have a regular monthly or weekly job to do you have to add the same task over and over again..quite time consuming if you have to do that 52 times! 3/. Also, I’m not sure it’s as intuitive as I’d like it to be..for instance, a little reminder would be nice a couple of days before the start date and then on the due date. But overall, pretty good. ### 2/5 — Needs Refinement *2020-12-24* Pros Can track tasks by a variety of different metrics such as date added, importance, urgency and fun. Can categorize tasks and choose task colors. Can backup list of tasks Cons No way to delete tasks, they can only be marked complete. So if you want to remove the default “training” tasks or a task added by mistake you can’t. If you mark a task complete, there is no way to mark it as incomplete. The UI looks rather unpleasant to me. The sliders are a continuum with no numerical value. So you need to eyeball/trial and error if you want to make sure one task is higher or lower than another. The “hide until date” functionality doesn’t work. Sometimes entering a task name is black text on a black background so you can’t see the text entered. ### 1/5 — Deleted *2020-02-02* Gone back to pen and paper. ### 5/5 — effective to get the jobs done *2019-03-18* I looked for something that would help me keep track of some jobs and errands all at the same time. After trying the “popular “ apps and being frustrated as they are not what they say they are i found this app which can not look very fancy or amusing, but you know what this is an app that is actually effective.
