## What is Jobsite Safety Inspection Log?

Walk the site, log every hazard under its OSHA inspection area, and hand over a PDF that shows what is still open.

Safety Inspection Log is for the walk you have to document. Each hazard is filed under the area a safety inspection is actually organized by, classed the way an inspector classes it, assigned to whoever has to deal with it, and tracked until it is marked resolved.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Create a site visit — project name, who inspected it, and the company that heads the report.
2. Log each hazard under its area: Fall Protection, Electrical Safety, PPE, Housekeeping, Fire/Egress, Hazard Communication, Equipment/Machine Guarding.
3. Class it the way an inspector would: De Minimis, Other-Than-Serious, Serious, or Willful/Imminent.
4. Add photos from your library and mark them up with arrows, circles and notes right on the phone.
5. Name the person or crew responsible, and move the hazard from open to in progress to resolved as it gets dealt with.
6. Export a PDF grouped by area, headed with your company name, with the photo evidence printed under each hazard and a summary line showing how many are still outstanding.

BUILT FOR
• Site foremen and superintendents running daily or weekly safety walks
• Safety officers and EHS staff who need a written record per hazard
• Small contractors who have to show a documented safety walk without paying for an enterprise platform

WHY THE WRITE-UP MATTERS
A photo of a missing guardrail proves nothing on its own. Here every hazard carries an area, an OSHA class, a responsible name and a status — so the report shows what was found, how serious it was, who was on it, and what is still open.

EVERYTHING STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
No account. No sign-in. No cloud upload. No analytics. Works in airplane mode — sites lose signal. Photos and notes never leave the phone, and the PDF is generated on-device and shared only when you choose to share it.

FREE AND PRO
The free version logs complete site visits and exports full PDF reports, limited to two saved site visits, with a small "Made with Safety Inspection Log" credit at the foot of every page. Safety Inspection Pro is a one-time purchase — no subscription — that removes that per-page credit and lifts the limit on saved site visits.

The area categories and severity classes follow the structure of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 (Construction) for jobsite record-keeping. This app is an independent record-keeping tool for documenting your own observations. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by OSHA or any government agency, it does not determine citations or penalties, and it is not legal or compliance advice — consult the current regulations and a qualified safety professional for those.
