## What is JobSiteCore?

GPS time clock, timesheets, schedules, quotes and invoices for contractors.

The all-in-one construction management app that runs your business from first estimate to final payment — quotes, projects, crews, customers, and cash in one place. Built for contractors who'd rather be on a roof than in a spreadsheet.

Proudly American-made in Knoxville, Tennessee.

ONE APP INSTEAD OF FIVE
JobSiteCore replaces the apps most contractors juggle for photo documentation, daily reports, project management, and scheduling — and keeps the offline field tools you switched for.

AI QUOTE IMPORT
Dictate a job walk, snap a hand-written estimate, or drop in a PDF. AI hands back priced, editable line items in seconds.

READS XACTIMATE & SYMBILITY ESTIMATES
Drop an insurance estimate PDF and get a fully populated quote in about 60 seconds — line items by room, plus customer, claim #, carrier, adjuster, and RCV/ACV. Stop re-keying 80-line estimates. Built for the U.S. insurance-restoration market — no major construction management platform advertises direct Xactimate or Symbility ingest (verified May 2026).

RUN THE JOB
• Projects with suggested phases, Gantt, and critical-path views
• Drag-and-drop crew scheduling
• GPS time clock with geofenced check-ins — proof every hour was on-site
• Daily logs and punch lists
• Hands-free voice assistant — dictate and capture from the truck

EVERY PHOTO LANDS IN ONE INBOX
Shoot from the lock screen. File from the office.
• Snap job photos from a locked iPhone via Camera Control, the Action button, Control Center, or Siri
• No project pick needed — every shot lands in a company-wide Unassigned inbox; smart suggestions offer the right project, or the office files it later
• Share photos in from any app, or import straight from the camera roll
• Confirm the suggested work category and project phase
• Short video clips your customers can watch on the portal
• Uploads run in the background and resume where they left off — even offline

KEEP CUSTOMERS IN THE LOOP
• Customer portal for quotes, invoice payment, and live project status
• Customer selections, allowances, and overages
• Warranty desk for post-handoff service requests
• Draw-to-sign quotes and change orders — archived, timestamped PDFs

INVOICING
• Invoices with card and ACH
• Profit-by-project reporting

SUBS, COMPLIANCE & SAFETY
• Subcontractor portal with its own login — RFQs, work orders, invoices, COI uploads
• COI inbox and compliance tracking with expiration alerts
• OSHA 300/301-ready incident reports and trade-specific toolbox talks
• RFI and RFQ workflows
• Payroll prep and export, draw schedules, and time-and-materials billing

BUILT FOR THE FIELD
Photos, daily logs, time clock, GPS, and mileage keep working offline and sync the moment you reconnect — basement or rural lot.

BILINGUAL OUT OF THE BOX
Quotes, invoices, schedules, and portal invitations ship in English and Spanish, routed to each recipient's language. A manager writes in English; the crew reads in Spanish.

A COMPANY ACCOUNT, NOT A PERSONAL ONE
JobSiteCore is licensed to contracting businesses for their employees. Every account belongs to a company whose owner administers seats and roles. Plans are sold by seat, the smallest covering two — there is no consumer or family plan, and nothing is sold in this app. We approve each business individually; an individual cannot get service without an approved company. JobSiteCore runs on the web at jobsitecore.com; this app is its field companion.

GETTING STARTED
We onboard a limited number of contractors so every company gets hands-on setup. Companies are set up at jobsitecore.com: request access there and we will reach out when a spot opens. Team members invited by their company sign in with the phone number on their invitation.

The company's subscription renews automatically at the then-current rate until cancelled, and the owner can cancel any time.

Built by contractors, for contractors.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.351 — 2026-10-30

What's new in 1.0.351:
• Navigation: choose which items sit in your navigation bar, always see where you are, and Back now returns you to the screen you came from
• "Photos viewed" alerts open the quote's files with the shared photos outlined
• Search finds numbers the way you type them: "700" finds invoice INV-2026-00700 and quote 2026100700
• Set the starting numbers for your invoices and quotes
• Payroll: save each employee's payroll ID and your ADP company code
• Equipment registry: a map view, location export, and drawing an area to export
• Quote signing links load faster and more reliably
• Many actions respond faster
• Fixes and reliability improvements

### 1.0.350 — 2026-10-15

What's new in 1.0.350:
• Photo uploads: when the photo server is busy for a moment or the signal drops, uploads now retry quietly and say "Server busy — retrying shortly" instead of "Upload failed". A photo shows as failed only if it still has not uploaded after 30 minutes
• New how-to video in Help: Before the Drywall, chapter 2 of Measure. Shoot the open walls even with no signal; the photos upload once there is signal, and the office measures them from the photo later
• Help articles: corrected details
• Clearer messages when your company reaches its team or texting limit

### 1.0.349 — 2026-10-13

What's new in 1.0.349:
• Measure with depth photos (on supported iPhones and iPads): the camera's MEASURE mode captures a measurable photo, then measure lengths, heights and areas on it and use them in a quote. Wide spans read more accurately. Level and plumb guides show each line's angle, and points snap to level, plumb and the edges in the photo (turn Snap off anytime). Points are easy to grab and fine-tune, even zoomed in, and dragging a point to the edge scrolls the photo
• Sales pipeline: the newest lead is at the top of every stage. A Sort chip offers Newest, Oldest, Follow-up due and Least recent activity, and each card says when its follow-up is due
• Pipeline search: find a lead or quote by building, contact, phone, address, quote number or notes
• Follow-ups: schedule a follow-up or log a visit from any lead card. My Follow-Ups has filters, editing and a snooze sheet, plus a Team view for owners and admins. Add teammates to a follow-up; owners and admins hear when a team follow-up is due or completed, and larger teams get a morning brief instead (Settings → Notifications → Team follow-ups). Notes have room for ten lines
• Quote PDFs: a long item description flows under the item name across pages instead of leaving a blank page. Photos are no longer cropped
• Line items without their own price print "Included" instead of $0.00, in the app, the PDF and the customer's sign page
• Contact, company and building names no longer autocorrect. Line-item, quote and invoice text capitalizes sentences and checks spelling
• Attaching a lead or quote: a picker with search, filters and sort
• Projects: progress for crews that do not use phases. An approved project starts on its first clock-in or daily log
• Customers: import a spreadsheet with column mapping, a preview and duplicate detection
• Team: join requests with manager approval; workers see their coworkers
• Usage & Limits shows the text-message allowance
• Invoices show email delivery: delivered, opened or bounced
• Customer e-sign: a consent checkbox before every signature, and a signed-copy email

### 1.0.348 — 2026-10-03

What's new in 1.0.348:
• Sharper photos: the camera takes full-resolution photos (12 MP on iPhone) instead of video frames, so permits, data plates and serial numbers stay readable
• Tap the viewfinder to focus and set exposure where you tap
• Flash starts off; tap it for Auto or Torch
• Pinch in on a saved photo to zoom to full detail
• Storage: past 80%, a banner shows about how many more full-quality photos fit
• Quotes list: leads have their own tab and show as leads, not $0 quotes
• Back from a lead returns to the map or list you opened it from
• A lead's photo count opens its photos on every device
• Invoice PDFs fit on one page for most invoices

### 1.0.347 — 2026-09-29

What's new in 1.0.347:
• Capture Lead knows the building: the business or building name fills in from Google when you are standing there, or type it yourself
• Rate a lead's interest (Hot / Warm / Cold) and record what happened at the door — spoke with the decision maker, left material, callback requested and more — then filter the pipeline by either
• Contact name, phone and email sit right on the capture form
• The sales pipeline reads at a glance: lead cards show the building, town, days since the visit and your site notes; group the list by town or interest; a map shows every building you have knocked, colored by interest
• Lead details: your site notes are on the Overview, the contact becomes a customer in one tap with the form prefilled, and you can edit the job site address or put it on the map
• A typed address is placed on the map automatically, and you can confirm the match when it is not exact
• Elevator and lift companies: insurance fields are hidden on Capture Lead, and a competitor's contract can be logged at the door so its cancellation window lands on the calendar
• Help: every section's "?" opens the films for that screen, and the how-to library is shelved by area of the app
• Fixes: customer statement PDFs scope to the selected project; change-order editing and phase status fixes for the customer portal
