## What is JobStream Live?

JobStream Live streams live video from your job sites straight to the people who need to see it — supervisors, managers, and the office.

Crews go live from the field with one tap. Management watches every active site on a single wall, requests a stream when they need eyes on a site, and gets notified the moment a crew goes live.

FOR CREWS
• One-tap live streaming with GPS on every stream
• Job photos organized by site and work order
• Your assignments, schedule, and verified hours
• Works on the phone already in your pocket — no cameras to mount

FOR SUPERVISORS AND MANAGEMENT
• Watch any active site live, from anywhere
• Site assignments with attendance transparency
• Alerts when crews go live, go off-site, or need attention
• In the companion web console: recordings with location, time, and crew attached, plus daily reports, timesheets, and per-job proof-of-work packages

BUILT FOR ACCOUNTABILITY
Every stream and photo is tied to a person, a site, and a time. Progress questions, claims, and disputes get settled with footage instead of phone calls.

JobStream Live is for companies: your team signs in with accounts issued by your company. Contact support@hydroxapp.com to get your company set up.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.8 — 2026-09-16

• Supervisors can now take a job from the Jobs board, the same way crew do.
• Pickers that list people now include supervisors, not just crew.
• New What's new screen in Settings, so you can see what changed.
• The app lock is stronger — it stays locked if you close the app and reopen it.
• Security improvements on the watch and during live video.

### 1.0.7 — 2026-08-31

• Purchase orders on your phone. See the job addresses your office loaded in, and send a crew out to one without going back to a computer.

• Supervisors can now be put on a job and on a team, the same as crew. If a subcontractor sends their own supervisor to site, they show up under My work and can be dispatched.

• Invites now say when the email did not arrive, instead of just showing "Invited".

• Smaller fixes and speed-ups.

### 1.0.6 — 2026-08-28

Your hours, and what backs them up:

• "My hours" now shows the time you clocked on your jobs — the same number the office bills — and how much of it your GPS backs up.
• Time you spend live now counts even if you did not pick a site first, as long as you were at the job site and on that job's clock.
• If a job has no GPS behind it at all, your phone now tells you. Before, only management saw that warning.
• Hours are added up the same way on your phone and in the office's payroll file, so the two always agree.

Apple Watch fixes:

• Marking an incident from the watch now picks the right site. If it cannot tell which site you are on, it says so and files nothing rather than guessing.
• The watch now shows which site an incident will be filed against, before you confirm it.
• Location sharing now stays on while you are on a job, and the watch no longer shows the wrong sharing state.
• The watch job list now refreshes when you raise your wrist.

### 1.0.5 — 2026-08-25

Your schedule now lives on the job.

Jobs carry their own start and end dates, so "when" and "what" are the same thing. My work shows the dates on each job, and the separate schedule list is gone - one place to look instead of two.

"Still on this job?"

If your clock is running and your phone has left the site, or it has simply been running a long time, the app asks. Answer "Still on it" or "Pause now" right there on the job. Nothing stops your clock behind your back - the answer is always yours, and your supervisor is told at the same time you are.

On the watch.

Your jobs are on your wrist now, not just a list of days. When you mark an incident from the watch it files against the job you are actually working - and if it cannot tell which site you mean, it asks instead of guessing.

Dispatch.

Drivers can see their own distance to the destination while live, anyone watching sees a distance instead of raw map numbers, and a request can now be cancelled from the phone.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-08-20

Alerts you can't miss.

When someone raises a hand for help or flags a hazard, the alert now has its own sound and keeps coming back until somebody acknowledges it. One tap on the alert itself clears it for the whole team, without opening the app.

Being asked to go live has its own sound too, and "Not now" finally answers - so the person who asked knows where they stand instead of wondering.

New: App Lock. Turn it on in your profile and Face ID or Touch ID protects the app once your phone has been sitting idle. It stays out of your way while you are live or working a job.
