Cons: Vague descriptions of what the job actually often IS. Doesn’t learn fast enough what jobs you do NOT want. Can’t switch off the animation to increase speed. No filters to exclude and include job titles when collating a stack of jobs to swipe through. No max commute journey radius. No bulk apply ALL button. I had added to my profile. I wanted a HR manager role and I was getting anything that had the manager title in it. I changed it to HR business partner and I was getting anything with business or partner in the job title.
