## What is Jobumi?

Jobumi is a video-first career platform designed to make hiring more personal, clear, and efficient. Candidates can go beyond a traditional résumé with focused profiles and short video introductions, while employers can present opportunities through video and connect with people who match their needs.

FOR CANDIDATES

Discover opportunities in a visual job feed, watch job previews, review role details, and learn more about the employer before applying. Search for positions by title, skill, company, or keyword, save interesting roles, and return to them when you are ready.

Create and manage professional candidate profiles with your headline, location, summary, skills, languages, experience, education, and certifications. Use a résumé to speed up profile setup, then review and refine the information before publishing. Add a video introduction by recording in the app or choosing an existing video, and control whether your profile is public, private, or open to offers.

Apply to a role with the profile and video that best represent you. Track submitted applications, review their status, withdraw when appropriate, and keep important opportunities organized in Saved Jobs. Continue conversations with hiring teams through Jobumi Messages and follow relevant activity from the notification center.

FOR RECRUITERS AND HIRING TEAMS

Create an organization workspace, maintain your company information, and publish video-first job offers. Add job details such as employment type, work mode, location, salary, requirements, responsibilities, tasks, skills, benefits, languages, and screening questions. Record or upload job presentation videos so candidates can understand the role and workplace before applying.

Manage active jobs, review applications, examine candidate profiles and application materials, update hiring stages, keep private recruiter notes, and contact candidates through in-app messaging or available contact methods.

Use Discovery to browse public candidate profiles, search and filter talent, save promising candidates to your Talent Pool, and return to their details later. Organization owners can manage team members, invitations, roles, company settings, and workspace access from one account.
