CREATE YOUR OWN EXERCISES!
- This one is a game changer! Our biggest addition to the app has arrived. Build custom exercises with your own name, rep count, and category. Set a multiplier from 1 to 12, choose upper body, lower body, or core, and optionally make it time-based with a countdown timer. Your custom exercises appear right alongside the built-in ones when building a workout. Edit or delete them anytime.

UNLIMITED REPS MODE
-Keep going as long as you want. Choose ascending or descending start, and the ladder cycles continuously. Stop at any point and your workout counts as complete. A ladder counter tracks how many full cycles you've finished.

PLANKS MIX ADDED
-Two new time-based exercises with a built-in countdown timer. Planks scale from 12 seconds up to 2 minutes per round. Plank Mix rotates through forearm planks, high planks, side planks (left and right equally balanced), and shoulder taps. A tap starts the timer when you are ready, and you get a haptic buzz when time is up.

BACKGROUND TIMER FIX
-The workout timer now keeps running accurately when you leave the app to change music, check a message, or anything else. No more guessing whether the clock stopped.
