When I log in, I get the first four screens explaining the new loyalty program, but after I click next, and then “accept and start” it just takes me to the first screen again. Your brand charges £7.5 for a juice but your app doesn’t deserve not event 75p. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work (July 26) *2026-07-16, version 3.13.3* Sorry Joe but your app is dog end. Firstly it got stuck on the sign up notification option screen. After reloading it still wouldn’t work unless I reinstalled and accepted notifications to be turned on. When I did finally get it it froze on the check out screen and the app never then loaded. I uninstalled and tried again - this time it froze at the notification screen again and then after rebooting the app just froze on the loading screen. Also, verification via What’s App….thats not what acceptable. The app says verify via text. That’s not What’s App and I didn’t give permission to be contacted by a third party app. I also got a promo email welcoming me to J&tJ with a link to order. Upon clicking this it actually did open the app but on an error page saying “this card is no longer available”????? It then reverted back to stuck notification page. Oh well, no overly expensive 10ml sugary flash-in-a-pan viral matcha drink for me then ### 1/5 — Sign in breaks frequently *2026-07-15, version 3.13.3* Every other time I reinstall this application, sign in - with number, email, password, anything - just doesn’t work. Lots of “something went wrong” errors. Once thry gave me cold coffee when it had to be hot .
