You’re locked in endless screens that you can’t exit. I had an existing account and the pop ups on login won’t let me sign in, instead throw me into a cycle of (only option) re-signing up and then telling me I already have an account but not giving me an actual login option. It’s so nu laden and won’t reset on restart, I simply skipped going to Joe’s today. Until you fix it, I won’t go back. The pre-ordering option was priceless. Don’t like the feel and numerous colors. I appreciated the calming blue of the previous. I switched to a new phone and it’s impossible to log into the old account. Buttons don’t work for login and it’s glitchy at different pages. Immediately apologizes for a delay that doesn’t actually take place. I order the same thing every single day, I wish I had to stop searching for what I want. I wish I could just star it or for it to be easier to access. Poole who are coffee drinkers tend to like the same thing every day. The seasonal offerings are not what I’m interested in and it’s annoying that I have to keep looking at them.
