Unfortunately, the app requires six steps to reach the home page. Why do I have to navigate through so many steps each time just to get there? Wouldn’t it be better if the app could start directly on the home page? We hope to see you there soon! ### 1/5 — Worst Experience Ever *2024-12-17* I placed an order at the 1960 location and I had the pick up option of 5:30- 6 pm and considering the fact that I get off work at about 5:15-5:30 I chose that option. I get to the location check in at approximately 5:58 and proceed to wait until about 6:30 thinking maybe they are backed up or something. So finally I decide to call and see what the hold up is only to be told that curbside closes at 6 pm!!! Seriously???? And of course the people in the store were no help at all! The only solution they had for me was to come back tomorrow. Did I mention I placed my order the day before? And no notice through the app or nothing. Not even the option to cancel the order! Im in Dallas and can only see the weekly add for a Houston store. The add on your website has different prices in Dallas. **Developer response:** Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I tap the list and tap in-store list and no items will display. I also cannot delete any lists. This would be such a helpful feature. The app is helpful on discovering what is there, but it would be great if I could access the items in the list after I create the list. I’ve had a lot of issues displaying my shopping lists lately so that feature isn’t where it should be. When the list feature works, it’s helpful because it tells you what aisle the item is on. There’s an option on the list to display it as an in-store checklist but sometimes then item locations don’t show up. It would be SUPER helpful to be able to sort the lists by aisles so everything on your list on aisle 7, for example, would be grouped together. It has potential but it’s not there yet. **Developer response:** What a great suggestion! The problem is it takes six steps just to get to the Home page when I start your application. Why do I have to click through so many steps each time just to get to the Home page? The employees were nice, the only thing is that when I got home I noticed they only gave me 1 cucumber instead of 3 for $1 and 2 lemons instead of 4 for $1. Not sure if they got mixed up with the squash because I only needed 1 and I got 4. Other than that my order was good.
