## What is JogCamp?

Start with one minute of running.

JogCamp is a run-walk plan for people who are just getting started:
three sessions a week, 30-40 minutes each. Week 1 begins with one minute of jogging and 90 seconds of walking; the final session is
30 minutes of continuous running. Put on your headphones and the voice coach tells you when to run and when to walk.

· An original 24-session, 8-week progression — all sessions open, no locked weeks
· Voice coach: cues every run/walk switch, ducks your music while speaking, works with the screen locked
· Live Activity on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island shows the current move and countdown without pulling out your phone
· GPS route, distance and pace with a map replay — or a complete timer-only mode on the treadmill
· Finished workouts can be written to the Health app (optional).
  The app never reads any health data
· History with plan progress and weekly streaks

About cost: every feature is free forever, with a single banner ad at the bottom. If the app is useful to you, a one-time purchase hides that banner — **it only removes the ad and unlocks nothing else.**
No subscription, no account. Your workout and route data stay on your phone; nothing is uploaded or used for advertising.
