Can’t view or make changes. Took me ages to find out how to remove something from basket. Doesn't give options for making changes and everything has to be deleted. Meal deal offers are hard to find and offered discount wasn’t applied! ### 1/5 — £10 min order??? *2020-10-06, version 1.3.14675* Why? If customer is paying for the delivery what does it matter how much their order costs! Disadvantaging people who live alone, the elderly or someone who wants to eat something different to the rest of the family. I had plans tonight which are now going to run late, as I would have already finished eating by now if the food had arrived within an hour of estimated time (it’s more than 2 hours since order was placed). Also charges a processing fee. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Bug that means orders are incorrect *2025-04-03, version 1.12.0* The app appears to have a bug which means items ordered through the app don’t match what gets through to the ordering system in store. I could see in my order details in the app that I ordered pepper sauce, yet the store receipt incorrectly said I ordered beans. Thankfully the rest of the order didn’t have the same issue but this really needs a fix - currently at least some parts of customer orders are not coming through correctly to stores! ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-11-03, version 1.12.0* The app doesn’t let u pay for an order. ### 1/5 — What is the point? *2024-03-18, version 1.6.5* App charges more for every individual item on the menu, plus an additional service charge for the overall order. Greedy greedy greedy! Order is never ready at the time promised in the app, which is the only potential benefit of using the thing. Uninstalling. Have to delete app and reinstall to make changes to the order. Chicken kebab on chips only offered with house sauce, no option for garlic. Code to log in took several attempts to receive it. Useless ### 1/5 — Terrible *2021-04-30, version 1.5.8* This app never fails to mess something up somehow, it nearly always crashes, it now says it doesn’t support Apple Pay yet Apple Pay is an option when choosing your payment. I tried to put my card details in because of Apple Pay not working and when I clicked save my card it wasn’t an option and asked me to add a card again. I’ve also had times where the order goes through more than once and charges me multiple times. I’m always refunded so it’s fine but it’s also just inconvenient.
