Since the update of this app it does not open. It stays on the opening screen and won’t load further. I have spoken to my local restaurant and they said they would speak to management but still nothing.

App is no good, requires login (why?) but don't get verification code. Uninstalled within 2 mins. Website is not much better, specials link doesn't work. Ah well, lots of other places to eat and order from.

We’ve been complaining about the fact that we can’t see our reward transactions but nobody seems to do something about it.

The new app is terrible. Is all ways signs out and struggles to sign in. The new sign in process is not easy. 
Navigation of app and location of simple items is far too complicated. The old layout was much much better. Such a big company can do better on the apps.
