Is anyone paying attention!!  Constantly being logged out and “something went wrong” 

Same garbage constantly being logged out it it is down. 


Just trash, down gain 

App is always down. Does not log in. Some sort of error. Just a trash app. Moving my accounts.

After the last update and maintenance to this app and website, I can not log into my account. Have called and am told to click forgot username to reset it, however the screen goes blank when I click that. Same with forgot password, the screen goes blank. Can’t change anything when the page does not load!! This is ridiculous!!!

I started a different job and tried to enroll in my new 401k plan.  It just keeps sending me to old plans I am not active with anymore. I have tried calling and even though money is coming out my check every week, nothing has been invested. I am just being sent in circles instead of them adding a new account. They said it would be done for me over the phone and it still has not happened. I would be happy if they sent enrollment access number and contract number so I could enroll myself.

I should not have to wait 45 minutes to talk somebody on the phone it is a good system. I have made some money but if I have to wait 45 minutes, I will just call back another day.
